La bande son du titre se devait donc d'être à la hauteur de ce délire en puissance. Cet objectif semble être atteint au vu de la liste complète des musiques du jeu qui sont plus d'une centaine ! Allant de Motorhead à Tenacious D en passant par Whitesnake et bien d'autres : les fans de rock ne seront absolument pas déçus au niveau du son ! Reste maintenant à voir si le jeu assurera autrement que par cette énorme bande originale dès le 15 octobre. (ERTS : NASDAQ) et Double Fine Productions, Inc. ont dévoilé aujourd'hui le contenu de la bande-son de Brütal Legend?, le jeu détonnant de Tim Schafer, avec Jack Black dans le rôle du roadie Eddie Riggs. Doté d'une liste impressionnante de plus de 100 titres incontournables, Brütal Legend? met sur le devant de la scène de ce jeu d'action à la 3e personne les dieux du metal les plus célèbres, dont Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Megadeth et Motörhead. Avec un total de 75 groupes de génie représentés, Brütal Legend? réveillera à coup sûr le métalleux qui sommeille en chacun de nous dès le 15 Rocktobre. Brütal Legend? est un jeu d'action épique du développeur visionnaire Tim Schafer. Jack Black interprète le héros, Eddie Riggs, un roadie légendaire projeté dans un monde de Heavy metal où les montagnes sont des amplis, où des araignées démentes tissent des cordes de guitare et où les légendes du rock vont et viennent comme bon leur semble. Dans la peau d'Eddie, détruisez des crânes à la hache, écrasez tout sur votre passage à bord de votre bolide super nerveux et déchaînez la puissance du Rock pour invoquer les flammes descendant du ciel, le tout pour sauver l'Humanité et devenir une Légende Brütale ! « Nous avons mis des années à réaliser cette bande-son car nous voulions représenter chaque genre du metal et trouver le titre idéal adapté à chaque moment du jeu », explique Tim Schafer, président de Double Fine Productions. « Cette bande-son est conçue pour les fans de metal, mais aussi pour ceux qui ne le sont pas.
